Victoria Hudson is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adolescents, adults, and couples. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Thomas University. Her clinical experience spans community mental health, child welfare, private practice, and telehealth settings, with a strong background in individual and couples counseling.

Victoria works primarily with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, communication difficulties, self-esteem and confidence challenges, life transitions, personal growth, and career-related concerns. She has a particular interest in couples counseling, including support with relationship conflict, communication challenges, and infidelity. She also enjoys supporting women navigating relationship concerns, low confidence, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions.

Victoria takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). She strives to create a warm, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to better understand themselves, overcome challenges, build confidence, and create meaningful change.

Seeking support is a courageous first step. Victoria’s goal is to create a space where clients feel heard, gain deeper understanding of themselves, recognize their strengths, and build the confidence to move forward.
