Rochelle Reyngold, RN, is a compassionate nurse leader and patient advocate with over 15 years of experience across geriatric care, behavioral health, and home health case management. She began her nursing career as an LPN in 2008 and earned her RN in 2022, progressing into leadership roles that emphasize care coordination, team development, and clinical excellence. As Manager of a Wellness Center, Rochelle led interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes, strengthen communication, and foster a culture of respect and accountability. Her work with Chicago Behavioral (CBH)  and Streamwood  Behavioral expanded her expertise in mental health care, while her case management experience in Home Health deepened her understanding of patient transitions and continuity of care. Rochelle is passionate about leading with empathy, advocating for patients and families, and ensuring that every individual receives holistic, high-quality support.
