• Oversee patient care during Spravato treatment sessions

• Conduct pre-treatment assessments, vital signs, and medication reviews

• Monitor patients throughout treatment and recovery periods

• Recognize and respond appropriately to adverse reactions or clinical concerns

• Provide patient education regarding Spravato treatment and aftercare instructions

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, and support staff

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Ensure compliance with Spravato REMS requirements and practice protocols

• Support a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic treatment environment

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; psychiatric or behavioral health experience strongly preferred

• Experience with patient monitoring, assessment, and medication administration

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm and responsive in a clinical setting

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Current CPR certification
