Gabriella Chavarin
Hi, my name is Gabriella Chavarin. My journey as a therapist began in the foster care setting, where I worked closely with children, adolescents, teens, and their families navigating complex life challenges. These early experiences shaped my deep commitment to supporting individuals who have faced trauma, adversity, and significant life transitions.
With a background in trauma-focused care, I utilize evidence-based modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I work from an interdisciplinary model, understanding that no single approach works for every person. Each client’s story is unique, and I believe in meeting people exactly where they are—tailoring treatment methods to fit their needs, strengths, and goals.
My highest priority is creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether we are working through past experiences, building coping skills, or fostering resilience, I strive to help clients feel empowered and valued in every step of their journey toward healing and growth.
