Kelly Olenski (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Illinois. She enjoys using mindfulness, nature-based, and insight-oriented interventions to support people in living authentically. Kelly also has extensive training and experience using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to treat a variety of issues accross the lifespan.

Kelly earned her Master’s degree in social work from Loyola University Chicago in 2014. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Peace Studies from Loyola as well. Her previous experiences include crisis intervention, community mental health, and psychiatric hospital programs.  

Outside of the therapy space, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family—her husband, two young children, and Beagle. She thrives in the outdoors—running, hiking, camping, exploring and more!
