Adam is a Licensed Professional Counselor who obtained his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2014 from Adler University in Chicago. Following graduation, Adam has had extensive experience counseling and providing comprehensive mental health assessments with children, adolescents, adults, and their families in a variety of settings ranging from community mental health clinics, intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization programs, emergency rooms, and inpatient psychiatric units. 

Adam enjoys working with adults and adolescents with various concerns ranging from depression, anxiety, other mood disorders, life transitions, relationship stress, and family and work-related stress. Adam’s approach is essentially psychodynamic, grounded in the principles of Adlerian psychology/Individual psychology, and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions during the action phase of treatment. 

The counseling session is a safe and accepting environment that promotes self-awareness and understanding, consolidating emotional pains, managing conflict, growth, and healing. It is my privilege to allow me to join you through this endeavor.
